Our history

C/NET Solutions has been a leader in the cancer registry software field for over 20 years. Founded in 1982, our CANSUR/NET software was distributed first to hospitals in California, then to over 800 facilities across the country by the American College of Surgeons. This marked the beginning of a new era in computerized cancer data collection and standardization. In 1992 we launched C/NET, our network-ready software, and began selling our software to hospitals and other facilities outside California. In 2000 we released CNExT, our Windows-based software package.

C/NET Solutions has grown to offer software packages for facilities of all sizes and budgets. We provide our standard registry package, a state reporting version, an audit version, a multi-hospital version, an enterprise solution, and our automated casefinding module. CNExT is now the software of choice for over 350 cancer registries in more than 25 states and provinces across North America.
